We produced a series of branded docu-style videos for New England Studios that profiled local prominent content creators. In this profile video, we interviewed Boston journalist-turned-New York Times bestselling author, Dave Wedge.
Wedge was on the ground the day of the Boston Marathon bombings. His reporting of the event caught the interest of the best-selling author, Casey Sherman. The two partnered to write Boston Strong. The book was later adapted into the movie, Patriot’s Day. The film stars Mark Wahlberg and Kevin Bacon. Much of the filming took place in the Boston area.
This docu-style video tells the story of Wedge’s storied career as a journalist. He took us through his early days at the Boston Herald desk, his reporting on 9/11 and more. His profile video shares his passion for his craft and showcases his natural storytelling ability. This is one in a series of long-form profile video.
