We pitched a branded content web series to the City of Framingham that showcased the restaurants in the Downtown. The pitch responded to the City’s goal of improving the perception of its Downtown area. In recent years, the area has undergone a positive transformation. CoF wanted to communicate this change to its greater community.
The Downtown is home to a number of diverse restaurants. Our concept was to bring the excitement of Travel without the stress of Travel. The City of Framingham hired us to produce a series on the local eateries. The branded content web series is titled “Taste of Framingham”.
First, we reached out to the restaurant owners to gauge interest. They were thrilled at the idea. We hired a host and got to work building the framework for each video. We filmed an interview and captured gorgeous shots of the food.
Once filming wrapped, we brought the footage back to our editing systems. We created graphics, added music, and recorded a voice-over. The City of Framingham ran the videos on their social channels and newsletters. The business owners embedded the videos on their website and shared them on their social channels, too.
